WE NEVER! From zero soy, zero gluten, zero sugar, zero salt, zero dyes to additives, some ingredients used in other restaurants are banned in many countries. That's why we vet every product we make and sell to ensure they are healthy for you and the planet.
NON- GMO! Genetically modified organisms damage our soil, bodies, water supply & health—so we’ve been GMO-free since day one. We source all our food from local organic farmers, and we grow our own herbs in our own garden, located in the back of our cafe.
